Reimbursement from the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund
If you are an employer interested in recovering from the Georgia SITF you must have obtained a Reimbursement Agreement prior to June 30, 2009.
Once a valid Reimbursement Agreement is obtained, a Reimbursement Request must be filed and supporting documents should be attached. In the past, our workers' compensation attorneys have recovered millions of dollars to the benefit of all parties involved in the workers' compensation claim.
