At The Ramos Law Firm, we strive to promote the hiring and retention of workers with preexisting impairments. The Georgia Subsequent Injury Trust Fund was designed to reduce the impact of large workers’ compensation claims thereby promoting the hiring/continued employment of an injured worker.

Reimbursement from the Subsequent Injury Trust Fund
If you are an employer interested in recovering from the Georgia SITF you must have obtained a Reimbursement Agreement prior to June 30, 2009.
Once a valid Reimbursement Agreement is obtained, a Reimbursement Request must be filed and supporting documents should be attached. In the past, our workers' compensation attorneys have recovered millions of dollars to the benefit of all parties involved in the workers' compensation claim.
If you need help with your reimbursement requests, or have general questions regarding SITF recovery, please contact us.
Your Workers' Comp Firm
The Georgia Workers' Compensation System is deceptively complex. The attorneys at The Ramos Law Firm are particularly trained to handle all aspects of workers' compensation law, including protecting Medicare's interest. Our lawyers are able to handle large caseloads involving employee rights under the Georgia Workers' Compensation Act.
